From our foundation, we have been engaged in recycling silver industry.
Silver compounds washed and removed away from photo-films and many kinds of photosensitizer are refined to pure silver which the purity is 99.99% or more through our equipment that the biggest in Japan.
Our recycling method is different from the ordinary one to burn the materials contains silver. We have developed our original method to recycle not only the silver but also the base plastics by washing the materials.
Our technique and equipment could be applied to other rare metals and those compounds.
We would meet the customer's needs to recycle rare metals.

Our process to recycle silver

Outline of recycling process (ex.photo-films)

1. Resource :Draining the solution which washed photo-films or photosensitizes
2. Condensation and Separation :Putting chemicals to condense and separating solid and liquid
3. Watery Reduction :Centfigual dehydration after reaction to reduct
4. Smelting and Electrolysis :Heating and smelting in high temperature of 600 to 1200 C.
    Eduction pure silver which the purity 99.99% or more through the electrolysis process.
5. Casting :Molding to a ingot of 30kg.

We analyze the dissolver to measure the silver content. It is more accuracy than analyzing the films theirselves.
